It may have been a day off or past his working hours, etc., but he took the time to answer my questions and offered to take my order over the phone. He assured me that there was no difference, and as I had three different purchases in mind I would let him go back to what he was doing and order online. The information was helpful, the shipping left the following day (Friday) and I had the bags in my hand on Tuesday.
